Description

The objective of the teaching unit is to give a fundamental overview about the supramolecular bond and the host-guest recognition principles. The lecture will detail the thermodynamics behind the formation of supramolecular assemblies, and exemplify the opportunity afforded by the supramolecular toolbox to access new dynamic chemical objects.

To complement the course, the Nobel laureates Jean-Marie LEHN and Jean-Pierre SAUVAGE will deliver research seminars dedicated to the course.
